Practice Areas: Richard Wynne's practice focuses upon national debtor and creditor committee representations, significant distressed mergers and acquisition representations as well as counseling companies, board of directors and creditors committees with respect to fiduciary duties, legacy liability issues, and structuring complex commercial transactions. He is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and is listed in the K&A Restructuring Register as one of the top 72 Restructuring lawyers in the United States.
