Practice Areas: Pat Villareal is the partner in charge of Jones Day’s Dallas Office.  Previously co-head of the Firm’s securities litigation and SEC enforcement practice, Pat represents public companies and their directors and officers facing securities, M&A, and corporate governance litigation.  She also advises boards of directors and board committees in matters such as internal investigations and corporate governance issues, and she has extensive experience in D&O indemnification and insurance issues.  Pat has been named to BTI Consulting’s “Client Service All-Star List” and recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, Texas Super Lawyers, D Magazine’s “Best Women Lawyers,” and Lawdragon.
