Practice Areas: Georgette A. Schaefer is a member of the firm’s Private Investment Funds Practice and focuses her practice on private equity, venture, hedge, real estate, and infrastructure funds, and customized separate accounts. Ms. Schaefer represents many of the largest pension funds in the U.S., banks, investment managers, insurance companies, and universities with respect to their investment programs. Ms. Schaefer is frequently invited to speak on investment matters and has presented at meetings of the Institutional Limited Partner Association (ILPA), the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys, the American College of Investment Counsel, and the Private Equity Women Investor Network.
