Practice Areas: Marshall C. Stoddard, Jr. is a partner and Co-Chair of Morgan Lewis & Bockius's Finance and Restructuring Practice. Mr. Stoddard represents a wide array of banks and other financial institutions in leveraged finance, asset based lending and intercreditor matters and in workouts and reorganizations. Mr. Stoddard has co-authored treatises on lender liability and chapter 11 reorganizations and has been a frequent lecturer and panelist on topics of commercial law.
