Practice Areas: Partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. Mr. Flaum represents both public and private companies in a wide range of industries, including the information technology and life sciences industries. He has particular expertise in handling acquisitions of publicly-traded companies and in cross-border acquisition transactions – assisting with transactions throughout Europe, Asia and the rest of the world. He also has extensive experience in handling highly complex cross-border joint venture transactions.
