Practice Areas: Edward Reines is a partner in Weil's Patent Litigation practice, influential both in and out of the courtroom. He serves on the Federal Circuit's Advisory Council and chairs both the Patent Rules Advisory Committee for the Northern District of California and the National Model Jury Instructions Project. He teaches a patent litigation course at Boalt Hall School of Law and Stanford Law School. He is in the leadership of the Federal Circuit Bar Association and the AIPLA.
