Practice Areas: Mr. Ali, Co-chair of Weil's International Arbitration Practice, has served as lead attorney or trial counsel in international arbitrations under the rules of all the major arbitral institutions in disputes involving a variety of industries, including oil and gas, energy, infrastructure development, mining, hospitality, technology and the Internet. He is a peer-recognized leader in investor-state dispute resolution, and has also represented parties before intergovernmental claims tribunals and the International Court of Justice.
