Practice Areas: Mr. Thomases has more than 15 years of experience litigating patent and trade secret cases, including trials before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and appeals to the Federal Circuit. He focuses on handling technically complex matters, including cases involving medical devices, computer technology, semiconductor devices, analog circuits, wireless technology and wafer fabrication tools. Has tried numerous cases before the ITC, representing both patent holders and accused infringers.
