Practice Areas: Partner, Chair, Antitrust Practice Group. Mark litigates antitrust, intellectual property, commercial, and appellate matters; represents parties in investigations and mergers before the DOJ and FTC; and counsels clients on competition issues, particularly in technology-rich industries. Mark servers as an Officer of the ABA Antirust, as an Adjunct Professor of Advanced Antitrust at the Georgetown University Law Center, and a member of the BNA Antitrust Advisory Board. A former member of the DOJ’s Microsoft team, Mark is a frequent speaker and noted author on competition law and policy. His writings and appearances span monopolization, mergers, extraterritoriality, and the Intellectual Property/Antitrust interface.
