Recently represented NRG Energy on the sale of a 49% interest in a $1.8 billion solar project to MidAmerican, Constellation on its merger with Exelon, investors in the first-ever electric transmission REIT, BP on multiple transactions, Sumitomo on its investment in the Shepherds Flat wind farm, National Grid on its sale of Seneca Upshur, and Brookfield Renewables on a wind acquisition and related financing.
