Practice Areas: Partner in Sidley's Washington, DC office. His practice includes both civil and criminal environmental matters, as well as regulatory advocacy and related compliance counseling. He has been involved in a variety of cases under the Clean Air Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Water Act, and CERCLA, as well as 'toxic tort' litigation. He also advises clients on food and drug-related matters where environmental issues are implicated, for example, under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
