Practice Areas: Chair of the firm’s global Real Estate Group. Concentrates on real estate lending and loan workouts and restructurings. Represents lenders and borrowers in connection with the origination, servicing and restructuring of all types of real estate-related financings, and with respect to workout and restructuring options, intercreditor issues, sales and purchases of distressed debt and remedies. Clients include investment banks, commercial banks, capital companies, mortgage REITs, and opportunity funds.
