Career: Elliot Feldman advises governments, international organizations, American and foreign corporations and individuals on matters of trade policy and international law and litigates on their behalf in all forums in the U.S. and foreign countries. He frequently advises the Government of Canada in WTO cases and represents clients in Europe, Latin America, Australia and Asia.
