Practice Areas: Carie McKinney concentrates her practice in the regulatory and transactional areas of environmental law. She advises clients on permitting and regulatory enforcement actions and solid and hazardous waste cleanups. Carie also assists clients with due diligence related to real estate and corporate transactions, environmental issues that arise in bankruptcy, and compliance auditing. Prior to law school, Carie was an environmental engineer for the US Environmental Protection Agency.
