He has represented pension systems, pension advisors, developers, REITS, private funds, and individual investors in acquisition, disposition, financing and development of the following product types: office, industrial, multi-family, industrial, and mixed use development. Rick has been particularly active in the area of ventures between taxable and tax exempt entities. In 2010 Rick participated in the successful closing of over $1 Billion of transactions.
