Practice Areas: Marla concentrates her practice on alternative business entities, corporate governance, and third party legal opinions. Marla has over twenty years of experience in a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including securitization transactions, corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, and secured lending.

Career: Marla has been named a leading lawyer in the “Corporate/M&A” practice area by Chambers USA from 2008 through 2011. She was also named as a Delaware Super Lawyer in 2007 in the field of business/corporate law in the June 2007 issue of Philadelphia magazine and was named as a “Top Lawyer” in 2001 in the area of corporate law based on a survey of the Delaware State Bar Association published by Delaware Today magazine. Marla serves on the Board of Directors and as secretary of The Delaware Center for Contemporary Arts and is President of her synagogue.
