Prior to joining Wachtell Lipton, Mr. Mirvis was a law clerk to the Honorable Henry J Friendly, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, 1976 term.

Publications: Author of numerous articles on corporate governance; and co-author, Wachtell & Mirvis, New York Practice under the CPLR. Regularly lectures at Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School.
