Professional Memberships: Court has served on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Labor Relations Committee since 1997 and chairs its Wage, Hour and Leave Subcommittee. He was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers (1997). He was admitted into the American Law Institute (ALI) in 2009.
