Aviation/Aircraft: The firm features a well known practice group for commercial aviation transactions, including aircraft title examination and aircraft transfers. The attorneys routinely assist major airlines as well as business clients and individuals with importing and exporting aircraft, US registration of foreign-owned aircraft and escrow and documentation needs.
Corporate & Securities/M&A: The firm assists a broad and diverse group of business clients, both public and private, in matters ranging from complex transactional work to day-to-day business counseling. Representative transactions include public and private securities offerings, Sarbanes-Oxley and other securities compliance issues, asset and stock sales of large and small businesses and organizational consulting.
Energy & Natural Resources: The firm has more than ten attorneys with broad experience in energy law who provide a wide range of legal services to major energy companies, oil and gas producers, purchasers, contractors and others.
Financial Institutions/Finance: Crowe & Dunlevy is well known in the representation of financial institutions of all types services including loan negotiation and documentation, bank and bank holding company organizations, acquisitions and sales, and regulatory enforcement and compliance matters.
