Practice Areas: Chair of Covington's Product Liability and Mass Torts Practice, Mr. Brock's practice focuses on representation of life sciences companies in defending product liability lawsuits. He served as trial counsel in Merck's Vioxx cases, and as national trial counsel for a number of major pharmaceutical companies facing mass tort claims. He recently served as lead trial counsel for BP in the Deepwater Horizon litigation.
