Practice Areas: Nick Alp is a partner in Webber Wentzel's Dispute Resolution Practice. He specialises in commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution; focusing on contractual and delictual disputes, particularly in the telecommunications and mining sectors. He has developed extensive experience in group and class actions and other mass tort litigation, especially in relation to safety, health and environmental claims. Nick regularly advises on cross-border and multinational disputes, including related risk and reputation management issues, for major domestic and multinational clients in the private and public spheres. He obtained his BComm and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.
