Practice Areas: Mr. Doren has extensive experience representing managed care companies and insurers in class actions as well as coverage and bad faith litigation. His areas of expertise include commercial and homeowners insurance, as well as health plans in both ERISA and non-ERISA contexts. He represents insurers and claim administrators in commercial disputes and federal and state investigations. He has also represented reinsurers in a wide variety of matters.
