Career: A founding member of Winston's Appellate and Critical Motions Practice, Ms Coberly has argued appeals in five federal circuits and various state courts across the country. She counsels clients on strategic issues at all stages of litigation, from trial through proceedings before the Supreme Court. She is well known for her expertise in corporate fraud litigation – specifically, defending auditors and others following the disclosure of corporate fraud. She served as a law clerk to Justice Breyer of the Supreme Court and to Judge Douglas Ginsburg of the DC Circuit.
