Practice Areas: Concentrates in insurance and reinsurance litigation and arbitration. Represents clients in disputes concerning life, property, products liability and reinsurance issues. Extensively represents corporate directors and officers with respect to D&O insurance coverage for a variety of claims including derivative and shareholder class actions, and consults internationally with respect to D&O and property insurance placements and renewals as well as structuring coverage, especially D&O, to suit complicated transactions.
