Practice Areas: Active in STB’s M&A and private equity practices. In 2012 represented Eaton Corporation in its acquisition of Cooper Industries; in 2011 represented Microsoft in its acquisition of Skype and the Mosaic Company in its split off from Cargill. Specialises in domestic, international and cross-border M&A transactions. Advises boards of directors on corporate governance and responsibilities of directors.
