Practice Areas: A trial lawyer and client counselor, Mr. Kyper focuses on intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, trade secret, and other complex commercial matters, in the state and federal courts. He has represented clients in litigations involving a variety of products and technologies, including steel framing, safety equipment, automobiles, ceramic cutting tools, software, pitch controls systems for wind turbines, optical communication systems, control valves, cellular phones and entertainment properties.
