Career: Robert L. Graham is the founder of Jenner & Block’s Environmental and Workplace Health & Safety Law Practice and a nationally recognized authority on environmental, health, safety, natural resources, and energy matters. He literally helped “write the book” on these issues, co-authoring an environmental law casebook that is widely used in many of the nation’s law schools, Environmental Law and Policy: Nature, Law, and Society. He has represented clients in trial, regulatory, and transactional settings before federal and state courts and agencies nationwide, and has handled appeals before the U.S. Supreme Court and other state and federal appellate courts.
