Practice Areas: Patrick Madden co-chairs K&L Gates' global labor and employment practice group and leads its wage and hour class action practice. He advises employers on employment issues, including complex contracts, wage compliance, and compensation plan design. In addition to defending employers against agency investigations and individual lawsuits, he has successfully defended clients in over a hundred class, collective, and government enforcement actions, some involving claims for hundreds of thousands of employees and billions of dollars.
