Practice Areas: Zachary Fasman is a partner in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in New York. He is national co-chair of the Employment Discrimination practice, and represents management in employment discrimination, labor relations and employee benefit matters and litigation. Mr. Fasman is a member of the bars of New York, Illinois, the District of Columbia, the United States Supreme Court, and seven federal circuit courts. He received his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Michigan, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, and his B.A. degree from Northwestern University.
