Practice Areas: Ms Miller co-chairs the ITC Practice Group at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione. She is a skilled trial attorney with experience in intellectual property law, as well as antitrust and commercial litigation. In addition to representing major Fortune 500 companies in patent and trademark matters in both federal court and the ITC, she is an adjunct professor at The John Marshall Law School.
