Practice Areas: Mr. Green works with domestic and international clients to structure their transactions and operations in a tax-efficient manner. He advises clients on all federal tax aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.

Career: He has served in the Treasury Department's Office of Tax Policy initially as Attorney Advisor and later as Associate Tax Legislative Counsel. While at the Treasury, he had primary responsibility over the areas of consolidated groups, partnership taxation, leasing transactions, and corporate divisions and reorganizations. Also, he was the Treasury Department’s primary representative during the 1997 amendment of section 355 of the Internal Revenue Code.
