Practice Areas: Simon specialises in large, international disputes, with experience in the corporate, financial, commodities, private equity and banking sectors. He co-chairs the London based corporate fraud and asset tracing practice and established the firm's Russian disputes practice. Simon undertakes investigations into complex, worldwide frauds, conspiracies, insolvencies, co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional proceedings, regularly advising on investment banking disputes, breaches of trust and fiduciary duty, professional negligence, money laundering, bribery and corruption, shareholder disputes, as well as a wide variety of general commercial disputes. Simon regularly speaks at conferences on these topics. Recent clients include Computershare, Onexim, VTB, Westfield and EastOne.
