Practice Areas: Jaime Ramón has counseled and litigated on behalf of employers in every aspect of the employer/employee relationship, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, EPA, Service Contract Act, OFCCP, affirmative action, wrongful discharge and employment contracts. With prior government service as Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs for the US Department of Labor and as General Counsel for the US Office of Personnel Management, he is an experienced practitioner on employment law, affirmative action plans and federal, state, and municipal government contract compliance issues.
