Practice Areas: Head of the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Group. Represents advertising, interactive, promotion agencies; marketers, businesses and industry suppliers. Advises on clearance of direct/Internet advertising, sweepstakes and promotional materials. Defends federal and state regulatory inquiries and litigation brought by FTC, FCC, USPS and attorneys general. Handles competitor disputes before NAD and federal/state litigation.
