Labor & Employment (Band 3)
Practice Areas: Dwight represents employers and management in matters ranging from wrongful termination and employment discrimination litigation and arbitrations to preventative counseling and advice. His litigation experience includes single-plaintiff cases, complex wage/hour class actions and trade secret matters. He has first chaired cases at both trial (jury and court) and appellate levels in state and federal courts.
Professional Memberships: Appointed as neutral arbitrator on Employment Law Panel of American Arbitration Association.
Career: Chair of firm's Labor & Employment Law Department.
Publications: Has taught classes at the graduate level, including as guest lecturer at USC Law School and UC Irvine.
