Michael Parise of Lane Powell PC is noted for the diversity of his expertise and for the quality of his work, handling bankruptcy and other business transactions. "He is a consummate gentleman and an excellent creditor's lawyer," said one source. Parise recently acted for Alaska Hardrock on a lease dispute between two mining companies.
John Siemers of Burr, Pease & Kurtz, PC brings more than 30 years of experience to his commercial law practice. He is particularly recommended for his ability to effectively represent clients in bankruptcy matters.
John Tindall of Tindall Bennett & Shoup PC has a long-standing presence in the Alaskan legal community, where he focuses on general corporate and real estate transactions.
