Practice Areas: During her career, Helen has been at the cutting edge of tax structured product and asset finance work. In a legislative and judicial environment that is increasingly hostile to tax-driven transactions – and with banks facing Code compliance – her tax structuring experience and judgement are vital. She brings this same experience and judgement to bear in her retail financial products work and advice on fund manager remuneration.
