Practice Areas: Scott Senecal has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and syndicated loans. He regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions transactions and joint ventures, representing both foreign investors and Russian entities, in cross-border and domestic transactions. His capital markets work has included some of the largest and most innovative Russian stock and bond offerings.
