Practice Areas: Mark's practice concentration is in construction-related transactions and disputes, insurance and reinsurance issues and disputes and other complex commercial litigation and arbitration. His specific areas of practice include representation of construction managers, contractors, subcontractors, sureties and developer/owners in construction and EPC contract negotiation and dispute resolution, including lien and bond claims, claims for extra time and money, delay claims, and related insurance coverage and claims issues. Mark has significant experience with transactions and disputes involving the design and construction of large power generation, petrochemical and hazardous material incinerator projects designed and constructed pursuant to EPC contracts.
