Practice Areas: Mr Konvisser represents clients in complex sourcing, technology and commercial transactions including information technology and business process outsourcing; technology transfers and distribution agreements; software licensing, marketing and development agreements, and SAAS and other cloud computing agreements. His multidisciplinary practice includes advising both suppliers and customers of technology and sourcing services on leading-edge issues such as disputes and “workouts” relating to troubled IT transactions. He has lectured on technology and law at Columbia University.
