Practice Areas: Mike Delikat, Orrick’s Global Employment Law practice chair, represents multinational clients in all facets of employment law, including internal investigations involving alleged corporate wrongdoing; wage-and-hour and discrimination class actions brought by private plaintiffs and governmental agencies and trade secret misappropriation cases. Mike has an active bench and jury trial, arbitration and appellate practice and is known for handling high-exposure cases. He has established a leading practice representing major corporations and board of director committees in the investigation and defense of Sarbanes-Oxley, Dodd-Frank and other whistleblower claims and is the author of the first treatise published on this subject.
