Practice Areas: Executive compensation and employee benefits partner. Mr. Ross has experience with a wide range of benefits and compensation matters and the numerous federal and state laws that govern the field. In addition to assisting in the design and operation of various tax qualified, non-qualified, and equity based compensation arrangements, he has counseled extensively regarding the ERISA issues relating to the organization and operation of private investment funds.
