Practice Areas: Mr. Nashelsky is Chair and Chief Executive Partner of Morrison & Foerster. Previously, he was Co-chair of the Business Restructuring & Insolvency Group and the firmwide Managing Partner. Mr. Nashelsky focuses his practice on domestic and international restructurings, including chapter 11 cases, workouts, restructurings, secured financings, and distressed acquisitions and investments. Mr. Nashelsky has represented all major constituencies in restructurings, across a variety of industries, including real estate, financial services, telecommunications, gaming, transportation, chemical, energy, satellite, and natural resources.
