Practice Areas: Mr. Rosenstein’s practice focuses on communications law and policy matters, and media and telecommunications transactions. He has particular expertise with respect to spectrum policy and foreign investment in media and telecommunications properties, and works with strategics, private equity and other investors to develop creative business concepts and opportunities. He also participates in complex rulemaking and waiver proceedings before the FCC and in the federal courts.
