Practice Areas: Represents policyholders in all types of insurance disputes, including major errors and omissions, fidelity, and D&O claims, property and business interruption losses, mortgage and financial guarantee insurance, and products liability and environmental matters. Also assists clients in insurance claims and underwriting disputes. Clients include BP, LyondellBasell Industries, UnitedHealth, and Wells Fargo.
