Practice Areas: Practices in the corporate area, with an emphasis on matters involving insurance regulation, reinsurance and mergers and acquisitions in the insurance industry. Represents clients active in nearly all facets of the insurance industry, from offshore reinsurance companies to motor clubs to traditional life and property-casualty insurers. Regularly advises clients on purchase and sale transactions, including stock and asset deals. Also has extensive experience advising clients on reinsurance matters involving both life and property-casualty risks, as well as alternative risk transfer and surplus relief arrangements.
