Represents companies acting as acquirors or sellers, as well as investment and merchant banking clients, in mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, takeovers (negotiated and contested), leveraged buyouts, venture capital transactions, restructurings, joint ventures and other strategic alliances.
