Practice Areas: Barry Herrin is a Partner in the Atlanta office. His practice is devoted to healthcare and hospital law and policy, with emphasis in operational and governance issues, transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, health information management issues, privacy law, and compliance matters. Mr Herrin counsels clients regularly on HIPAA compliance and has particularized knowledge in several unusual healthcare legal matters, such as involuntary sterilization, court-ordered medical procedures, 'right to die"'issues, and physician-assisted suicide, among others.
