Practice Areas: Represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes, transactions and advice. Experience includes coverage for wide range of losses, including asbestos, pharmaceutical and other mass torts, environmental, D&O, ERISA, IP and first party property losses. Chair of Covington's 100-member policyholder practice group from 1997 to 2009, during which time the group twice received the Chambers Awards for Excellence in Insurance (2007, 2009).

Career: Partner at Covington since 1989. Law Clerk to Justice Potter Stewart, US Supreme Court (1979-80).
