Career: Mr. Ocker is a partner and chair of the Compensation and Benefits group at Orrick. He focuses his practice on advising boards of directors and executives of public companies on executive compensation, corporate governance and disclosure issues. Mr. Ocker spearheaded the creation of Orrick’s Global Corporate Solutions consisting of global employment, global equity and multinational corporate subsidiary maintenance solutions. Last year, global corporate solutions spun off into a wholly owned subsidiary known as Verbatim. Mr. Ocker is a frequent author and much sought after speaker on executive compensation. He received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
